Shiloh Hagen

Shiloh has been selling homes with professionalism, care and integrity in the San Ramon Valley for eighteen years. He grew up in San Diego and graduated UCLA with a degree in Business Economics.

After graduating UCLA, Shiloh and his wife were engaged and married the next year. They also served in student ministry in San Mateo for a season. In 2002, The Cox Team beckoned, and Shiloh left Apple to begin his career in real estate. Shiloh’s love for negotiations, his passion for research and his love for people made him a great fit for the real estate industry and brought great strengths to the top-producing Cox Team. Carefully counseling his clients through each negotiation, Shiloh ensures they achieve the best possible price whether selling a home or purchasing one.

In order to find the best properties, Shiloh is constantly pouring through the inventory as well as previewing homes in person. This gives him an advantage both in determining value for new listings and in narrowing down potential matches for buyers who do not have the time to look at every single property. Shiloh loves technology and keeps a bead on the pulse of innovation, social media trends and anything that may be beneficial in marketing and selling your home.

Shiloh serves in the community and considers it a privilege to lend volunteer support to local organizations ranging from youth sports to San Francisco City Impact to NephCure to Capes4Heroes. He has coached high school volleyball and CYO basketball and could have been a professional ping pong player had he spent a little more time in that field.

When he has free time, Shiloh enjoys listening to music, playing basketball/volleyball/foosball/ping pong, running (one-time marathon runner), snowboarding, riding waves, watching Formula One and making/drinking good coffee. Most of all, Shiloh enjoys spending time with his wife and college sweetheart, Wendy. Shiloh and Wendy have been married since 1998 and have three full-of-life children.
